How to qualify

Rules

Students must score 100 points and over on the REnewable Minds videos, quizzes, and games per month to be eligible to win.
Winners will be randomly selected from the qualifying students.
The scoreboard will reset at the end of every month.
Points will be awarded for correct answers in the REnewable Minds videos, quizzes, and game challenges.
Exercises may be attempted more than once, but only your first 2 attempts will be awarded points per month.
Students must be registered to a Trinidad & Tobago Ministry of Education certified primary school.
All primary school students can participate.

About This Portal

The portal provides information that can help improve children’s understanding of energy sources and their effects on the environment. By signing The Paris Agreement, The Government of Trinidad and Tobago has promised the world to reduce our country’s greenhouse (GHG) emissions by at least 15% by 2030 when compared to the amount of GHG we produced in 2013. National Energy is supporting the Government in fulfilling this commitment by: Implementing energy-based projects that require zero/less use of natural gas. Educating and training citizens to change the way we understand and use energy.
