The Inter School Championship will consist of primary school students across Trinidad competing against each other for the opportunity to win whole school samplings, product giveaways and hampers and tablets from our sponsors.
We are in the process of selecting 10 schools for year 3 of our pennacool.com/ Flow, ICT in Education Primary School project.
Each school will receive (at no cost):
High speed, Flow broadband
Installation of wifi in std. 4 & 5 Classroom
10 schools will be selected from the 15 schools with most points, 1st March to 31st May, in our Flow Schools Competition. Points are awarded to students for exercises submitted on pennacool.com.
Level of teacher & class participation and education district.
Private schools, unfortunately, are not eligible for selection.
Schools must be located within the existing Flow network.
MOE must give final approval for school selection.
Weekly timetabling and usage of the pennacool.com in class and for homework.
Allowance for visits to train and support teachers in the use of the program.
Provision of data for the assessment of the program's effects on student performance.
All equipment remains the property of pennacool.com and can be removed if school's obligations are not met. After one academic year of successful use, ownership of equipment will be transferred to the school.
