Pennacool & Republic Bank: Building a Better Community Art Competition

This term, Pennacool.com and Republic Bank are teaming up for an exciting Art Competition for primary schools!

Use your creativity to show what citizenship, caring, and community mean to you.

The best design will be turned into a mural at the winning school, with help from the students!

🖌️ Step 1: Earn Your Spot

Help your school qualify by scoring at least 500 points on the VCCE Portal at Pennacool.com.

🎨 Step 2: Create & Submit Your Artwork

Once your school qualifies, it’s time to get creative!

Create an original, hand-drawn or painted artwork (no AI-generated designs) based on the theme: “Building a Better Community Together.” Your piece should reflect how your school encourages citizenship, caring, and community building

• Submit a high-quality digital version of your artwork (scan or clear photo).
• Submissions will be judged based on creativity and relevance to the theme. (See judging criteria on next slide)

Judging Criteria

• Creativity and Originality (30 points)
• Relevance to the Theme (25 points)
• Impact of the Message (25 points)
• Quality of Presentation (20 points)

Note, once you have submitted, your artwork now becomes owned by Pennacool.com

🏫 Step 3: Watch Your Art Come to Life

One lucky school will be selected as the winner!

Your design will be transformed into a full-scale mural on your school’s wall, painted with help from you and your classmates.

Ownership and Usage Rights

By submitting artwork to the Pennacool.com Art Competition, participants agree that all submitted pieces become the property of Pennacool.com. Pennacool.com reserves the right to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and display the artwork in any format, including but not limited to turning it into a mural at a school or featuring it in marketing materials. This includes the right to add branding elements such as the Pennacool.com logo or that of its sponsors, where necessary, while maintaining the integrity of the original submission.
